# SynFutures

> An onchain trading protocol for crypto and real-world assets, bringing stocks, ETFs and
> derivatives onchain.

SynFutures is a decentralized exchange and full-stack financial infrastructure provider. It pairs
the Oyster AMM model with a fully onchain order-matching engine, so anyone can list and trade any
asset with leverage while keeping custody of their funds. The protocol is deployed on Base, Blast
and Monad, and is the market leader for perpetual futures on Base.

Beyond its own exchange, SynFutures supplies white-label DEX infrastructure to other venues —
Monday Trade on Monad runs on it — which is why the same order-matching engine and contract stack
appear across several branded front ends.

### RWA (Tokenized Stocks and ETFs)

Onchain trading of tokenized US-listed stocks and ETFs on Base, held and traded as standard ERC-20
tokens.

- Tokenized assets are issued by Anchored (https://anchored.finance), each backed 1:1 by the
  underlying share held through regulated brokerage infrastructure.
- Reserves are verified by Accountable (https://accountable.capital), an independent third party,
  and published publicly at https://accountable.anchored.finance/.
- Cash dividends are distributed automatically as USDC to holders' wallets.
- Tokenized stocks represent economic exposure only — they carry no voting or shareholder
  reporting rights.
- A dedicated market maker network fills orders against Anchored, so traders never interact with
  the issuer directly.
